Hearth & Hide is a curated canine experience designed for homes that value quality, simplicity, and craftsmanship. Each box includes thoughtfully selected natural treats and elevated essentials created to honor the bond between you and your dog.


What comes in a Canine Box?

Every Canine Box features a selection of simple, natural treats made with clean ingredients, along with refined, functional goods designed to feel special and purposeful. Items may vary by season to ensure freshness and quality.


Are your treats natural?

Yes. We prioritize treats made with minimal, wholesome ingredients — no unnecessary fillers, artificial colors, or preservatives. We believe simple is better.


Can I cancel or manage my subscription?

Yes. You may manage, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account portal. If you need assistance, we are always happy to help.


Do you offer one-time purchases?

Select items and limited boxes may be available for one-time purchase, depending on availability. Availability will be noted on the product page.


Do you sell or share my personal information?

No. Hearth & Hide does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Your information is used solely to process your orders, communicate with you, and provide the best possible experience.


What if my dog has allergies?

We understand that some dogs have specific dietary sensitivities. Ingredient details for all treats are available, and we encourage you to review them prior to purchase.

If your dog has allergies or dietary restrictions, please contact us before the monthly shipment date with your request. When notified in advance, we are happy to make reasonable substitutions based on availability.

Because our boxes are prepared in advance of the shipping date, allergy substitutions must be requested prior to shipment and cannot be adjusted once your box has been processed.


What if items arrive broken?

Some of our freeze-dried treats are naturally delicate due to their minimal processing and clean ingredient structure. Because they are not heavily processed or artificially bound, minor breakage or crumbling may occur during transit.

Please know this does not affect the quality, safety, or nutritional value of the product.

If an item arrives significantly damaged beyond normal breakage, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will gladly review and make it right if needed.
